This is for the Tam O Shanter Poem where the term 'Cutty Sark' comes from. I needed to see how someone played the bagpipe so that I could, in turn, try and make the Devil, in the shape of a dog, play the bag-pipe.

Looky what I found! So, the technology exists and it is definitely possible. I like the water effect when you walk. The rippling is a nice touch. However, this is projected from the top, instead of the bottom which can look cheap. But this technology can be used on the slide, projected from underneath!
